I got so intimidated by the idea of it being 'permanent' that I screwed up their names...both times...3 years apart. I had to strike through and write it again. I'm thinking 20 years from now as they are possibly decorating their own trees they'll look back with fond memories at what a moron their mother was. =)
Mindymindy@thesuburbanlifehttp://www.thesuburbanlife.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4513306070814900168.post-78994131642560966782009-12-10T08:42:19.000-06:002009-12-10T08:42:19.000-06:00What I do to mark all the special occasions for my...What I do to mark all the special occasions for my 3 1/2 year old is buy a charm for her vintage sterling charm bracelet. I have one my mom started when I was 13. There are a ton of sterling vintage charms available on eBay whenever it's time to add a new one to her bracelet. This gives me a lovely piece of jewelry we can look at charm by charm when she is older and recount what special event is represented by each one. Don't have any ideas for boys though.Menopausal New Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01427085574473513923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4513306070814900168.post-28428287094656228612009-12-09T21:06:58.060-06:002009-12-09T21:06:58.060-06:00Tinkerschnizel...Thanks for the suggestion, I will...Tinkerschnizel...Thanks for the suggestion, I will look that up.

Dwight...AT LAST!! Damian... Whose days are spent killing things in video games and blasting teenaged angst songs through the house. Damian, who only wears athletic pants and t-shirts... a gift card for Land's End. Well, I went online and found the only thing that was under $25 that Damian would have any use for whatsoever... A snowman ornament with his name and the year engraved on it. It's a nice ornament... it was the most expensive ornament I've ever purchased. But just so you know... They can be found at Lands End, if you want to mortgage your house to get one.Dwightnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4513306070814900168.post-89096700082795470652009-12-09T13:44:12.602-06:002009-12-09T13:44:12.602-06:00Target has the ornaments, at least they did last w...Target has the ornaments, at least they did last week.
